Over the last year, the East Windsor Police Department has been utilizing the “PowerEngage” program. PowerEngage is citizen engagement software for public safety agencies by PowerDMS, which uses automated text messages to provide updates and gather feedback after calls for service. We determined that in the spirit of transparency and in the commitment to provide the best service possible to our community, this would serve as a terrific resource to gauge our efforts.

As displayed in the picture, we’ve received 94.96% positive feedback from the last years look back.

As for the 5.04%? When we receive a negative review, a phone call and conversation is provided to the respondent to determine what we can improve upon, follow up on or most often – provide some clarification.
